Shipping Policy
At this time Moon Aura only ships within the USA.
All orders will have a tracking number provided via email after the order has been processed. If your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
Shipping Timeframe: We ship out our products from New Jersey. Depending on your location please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after receiving your tracking number.
All "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office. Moon Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders/packages.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Moon Aura is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address. If you have provided an incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately at hi@themoonaura.com to inquire about the shipping status of your order.
