✿ How can I contact you? ✿
The ONLY ways to get in touch with me about spellwork is to send an email to hi@themoonaura.com, I respond to emails Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM EST
✿ Who can buy one of your services/spiritual tools? ✿
You must be 18 or older to purchase any spell, working, reading, ritual, tool or service, period no exceptions.
✿ How long does spell work/readings take after I make my purchase? ✿
Turnaround time for spells is 5-7 days after purchase and full general readings are 24-48 hours after purchase. This allows time to gather materials, work around other client bookings and align your ritual with the proper day or energy.
✿ How long does shipping take for spiritual items? ✿
All physical items are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and preparation before your order ships.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier selected at checkout (USPS) After a package has been handed off to the carrier, Moon Aura is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for any delivery concerns.
✿ Do you offer refunds? ✿
Refunds are only issued for shipped spiritual supplies, if they arrive damaged. Please reach out to hi@themoonaura.com within 24hrs of your order being delivered with your order number and a photo of your damaged items, any outreach past 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not issued on booked spell work or readings each spell is a custom spiritual service, all sales are final once the work has begun. Many of the ingredients and materials are purchased specifically for your spell work, making it impossible to issue a refund once preparation starts.
✿ I didn’t get a reply after sending my information for spell work/reading? ✿
I ALWAYS respond to clients after they send over requested information. If you do not see a response from me please make sure the email you provide has space and can receive messages. If you email me after booking and my reply bounces due to a full or inactive inbox, your order will still be completed on schedule. I’ll simply hold your photos, videos, and updates until your email is able to receive them. You can also reach out to me via TikTok DMs if you have not received an email from me. Refunds are not issued due to unreachable or inactive inboxes.
✿ Are you responsible for what happens after a working is done? ✿
No. All spiritual work can create shifts, closures, opportunities, or unexpected changes. By purchasing a service, you agree that I’m not liable for any outcomes, reactions, or circumstances that may happen during or after the working, as permitted by applicable state laws.
✿ What happens if I tell someone about the spell or mention it to the target? ✿
If you book a service that involves another person and you choose to discuss the working with the target or any third party, I am not responsible for any outcomes, reactions, or consequences that result from that disclosure.
✿ Is this considered medical, legal or psychological advice? ✿
No. For legal reasons, all spiritual services are offered as curios and for entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided is a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health care.
If you are experiencing active harassment, threats, coercion, or fear for your safety, it’s important to also prioritize real world protection and support alongside or instead of spiritual work.
✿ Can I send screenshots, messages, or ongoing updates about a third party? ✿
I only require the information necessary to complete the agreed upon service. Ongoing screenshots, private conversations, or repeated updates about third parties are not needed and may be declined to maintain energetic and professional boundaries.
✿ Are all services ongoing or can you decline future work? ✿
I reserve the right to decline or pause future services if I feel that continuing work would not be in the best interest of the client, myself, or the integrity of the practice. This is done with care and discernment.
✿ Do you provide international services? ✿
Yes, I am located in the USA and I provide spell work/reading services internationally. I do not ship spiritual tools outside of the USA. If you have any issues, checking out from the country, you are located in for spell work or a reading - send an email to hi@themoonaura.com and I will assist you directly.
✿ How do I know when my spell is complete? ✿
Once I’ve received all of the information requested in the product description (name, birthdate, intentions, and any other details we discuss via email), I’ll perform your working. When everything is done, I’ll email you photos, videos and details of your completed working as confirmation. This is your sign that the ritual has been completed, from there, you simply allow the energy to unfold naturally.
✿ It’s been a week and I don’t see results? ✿
Every working works differently depending on your unique situation, timing and outside factors. Some results appear quickly, while others take weeks or even months to manifest. Once your ritual is complete and you’ve received your confirmation email, my part of the work is done, from there it’s up to the energy to unfold naturally. Stay open, patient and consistent with your own alignment and remember that instant results cannot be guaranteed.
