꩜ How can I contact you? 

For questions about your order, products, or general inquiries, please email hi@themoonaura.com.

Customer support is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST. I do my best to respond within 1-2 business days.

꩜ When will my order ship?

All goods are handcrafted and prepared in small batches.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

꩜ What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hi@themoonaura.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll happily work with you to make it right.

꩜ Are your products intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. Moon Aura products are handcrafted spiritual curios and ritual goods intended to support personal ritual and intentional living. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition and should never replace professional advice or care.

꩜ How should I store my ritual goods? 

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help preserve their quality.

꩜ Do you still offer spell work? 

Yes. Imani (Founder of Moon Aura) offers a limited number of private rituals every month. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure each ritual receives the time, care and attention it deserves.

Private rituals are typically completed within 7-14 days after all required information has been received. Due to the personalized nature of this work, all private ritual sales are final. Once your ritual is complete you’ll receive an email with confirmation and any included photos/videos, guidance. 

If your information is not received within 24-48 hours after booking Imani will reach out to you directly. If there is no response your booking will be placed on hold until you get in contact with her. Again, private ritual sales are final.
