꩜ How can I contact you? 

For questions about your order, products, or general inquiries, please email hi@themoonaura.com.

Customer support is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST. I do my best to respond within 1-2 business days.

꩜ When will my order ship?

All goods are handcrafted and prepared in small batches.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Pre-Order Spell Oil shipment date can be found in the product description.

꩜ What is your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hi@themoonaura.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll happily work with you to make it right.

꩜ Are your products intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. Moon Aura products are handcrafted spiritual curios and ritual goods intended to support personal ritual and intentional living. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, legal, or financial condition and should never replace professional advice or care.

꩜ Do you do custom spell work? 

Yes. Imani (Founder of Moon Aura) offers a limited number of custom rituals and custom candles every month. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure each ritual and candle receives the time, care and attention it deserves.

Custom rituals are typically completed within 5-7 days after all required information has been received. Due to the personalized nature of this work, all custom ritual and custom candle sales are final. Once your ritual or candle is complete you’ll receive an email with confirmation and any included photos/videos, guidance. 

If your information is not received within 24-48 hours after booking Imani will reach out to you directly. If there is no response your booking will be placed on hold until you get in contact with her. Again, custom ritual and custom candle sales are final. 

꩜ When do you restock?

We aim to restock sold out items during the first week of every month. For first access to restock announcements, follow us on TikTok + Instagram @themoonaura and opt into email notifications at checkout to join our email list.

꩜ How do tarot readings work?

After purchasing, please email hi@themoonaura.com with up to five questions, or let me know if you’d prefer a general reading focused on one area of your life. Readings are completed and delivered by email within 24-48 hours.

Questions cannot be changed, added or replaced once your reading has begun. If additional questions come up after you have received your reading, a new reading must be booked.

Due to the personalized nature of tarot readings, all sales are final and non refundable once the reading has begun. Tarot offers guidance based on the current energy surrounding your situation and because free will always exists, specific outcomes are based on your actions.
