Refund policy

Refunds are only issued for shipped spiritual items like spell oils, if they arrive damaged. Please reach out to hi@themoonaura.com within 24hrs of your order being delivered with your order number and a photo of your damaged items, any outreach past 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are not issued on booked spell work or readings each spell is a custom spiritual service, all sales are final once the work has begun. Many of the ingredients and materials are purchased specifically for your spell work, making it impossible to issue a refund once preparation starts.
